END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR CYPTONITE - CRYPTO SENTIMENT

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and the owner of the Cryptonite - Crypto Sentiment, whether an individual or a legal entity ("Owner"). This EULA governs your use of Cryptonite - Crypto Sentiment, which includes any updates or new features that may be added to it by the Owner.

BY USING Cryptonite - Crypto Sentiment, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS EULA, DO NOT USE Cryptonite - Crypto Sentiment.

LICENSE GRANT
The Owner grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Cryptonite - Crypto Sentiment for personal educational purposes only, subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA. By accessing and using Cryptonite - Crypto Sentiment app, you agree to adhere to the following terms of use. This application is intended for educational purposes only and should not be utilized for any commercial endeavors. The news and sentiment indicators provided by this app are based on algorithms and statistical analyses and are not to be construed as financial advice or buy/sell signals. All information provided in this app is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as financial or investment advice. While we strive to ensure the accuracy of the data, we cannot guarantee its accuracy, completeness or timeliness. RESTRICTIONS
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, sublicense, or otherwise transfer any rights to Cryptonite - Crypto Sentiment. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of Cryptonite - Crypto Sentiment, or create any derivative works based on Cryptonite - Crypto Sentiment.

OWNERSHIP
Cryptonite - Crypto Sentiment is owned by the Owner and is protected by intellectual property laws and treaties. The Owner retains all rights, title, and interest in and to Cryptonite - Crypto Sentiment, including all intellectual property rights.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
Cryptonite - Crypto Sentiment IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE OWNER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT CYPTONITE - CRYPTO SENTIMENT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT ITS OPERATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE OWNER BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE CYPTONITE - CRYPTO SENTIMENT, EVEN IF THE OWNER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TERMINATION
This EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this EULA. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using Cryptonite - Crypto Sentiment and destroy all copies of Cryptonite - Crypto Sentiment in your possession.

GOVERNING LAW
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Owner is located, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provision or rule.
